MUTTON CURRY.. First try!..

Hey there!. Today I tried mutton recipe for the first and I felt it quite tasty. So, I thought why not share this recipe with you. I would just brief the process of preparation of curry since I am not a kitchen blog expert.
Recipe
Wash mutton and add chilli powder, salt and garam masala and tenderise it for 30 minutes. Then place it in a cooker and simmer it for 1-2 vessels. Now take a pan- add oil, onions, green chillis, ginger garlic paste(prepare at home for best results). Add these contents with a gap of 2 minutes and constantly fry them. Now add chilli powder, masala and salt and mix it properly and place the lid for 2 minutes. Now add the boiled mutton along with it's juice which is obtained due to boiling. Check the taste and let it cook for 5 more minutes and serve it hot.

 This was the procedure I followed and people who like tangy flavour may also add tomato. Hope you felt the process easy and do try it once as it is easy and simple.

2018's Resolution: BE MORE AWESOME THAN LAST YEAR :) :) :).

Hey there! 2018 has arrived and this is my first post of this year. Firstly, I would like to thank everyone by name,for their immense support and encouragement in the development of this blog and its 5000+ viewers.  I really hope you would keep encouraging me in the same way this year too. 2017 had been a great year for me and it was a learning experience. There were several hurdles and times when I completely lost myself , but thanks to my friends who made me stronger and bolder. Thanks to that friend who told me to be myself  at the bus stop and made me realise that I was at the verge of losing myself on the last day of the year,31st December. I hope this New year brings new experiences, new thoughts, new achievements and new hopes to you and me and take us one more step, no no no, several steps forward in our life.
