All of us want to speak english very fluently.English is the most widely spoken language.It is the basic official language and it is used in all competitive examinations.A grip on english means a trip of good understanding and communications.In order improve our english we can follow the simple tips given below.
1.Try to learn a new word everyday
Learning a new word everyday helps in increasing our vocabulary to great extent.At the end of the week we wil know 7 new words and at the end of the year we will know 364 new words which means that our vocabulary has increased to great extent.
2.English environment
Try to communicate in english with everyone around you.Try watching english movies and english programs which will improve your accent of english.
3.Interact
This is the most important thing.We must not have the fear of communicating with others in english.Mere reading and listening is not enough.Practice is most important.We have to practice speaking in english so as to increase our fluency.

How to reduce fever

Fever is a common viral infection.While treating fever first we have to evaluate the situation.If the temperature is too high it is advisable to consult a doctor.We can follow the simple home remedies to reduce it.Here comes those tips.
1.Keep a cold damped cloth on the forehead.
2.Drink lots of fluids.
3.Avoid the assumption of  solid food and increase fluid intake.
4.Drink tea as it helps in opening pores and helps in sweating thereby reducing the body temperature.

How to reduce thyroid problems

Thyroid is an common problem usually seen in women.There exist two kinds of thyroid problems-hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism.Hypothyroidism occurs due to the excess secretion of thyroid hormone from thyroid gland.When the secretion of thyroid hormone reduces hypothyroidism occurs. Both can be reduced to some extent.Here are some home remedies and dietary changes which we have to follow if we want to reduce thyroid problems.
Hyperthyroidism
1.Increase the consumption of cruciferous vegetables such as cabbage,green cauliflower in your diet.
2.Decrease the consumption of meat.
3.Decrease iodine based food.
4.Increase the consumption of fruits and vegetables in your diet.
5.Include beans and legumes in your diet.
6.Drink plenty amount of water.
7.Take rest and do lot of exercise.
8.Reduce your stress levels.
Hypothyroidism
Since hypothyroidism is the reverse of hyperthyroidism,we have to follow a reverse diet of hyperthyroidism.
