How to prepare for an exam

1.Planning to study
Prepare a proper exam schedule.Your timetable must cover all the parts of your syllabus and prepare it in such a way that you can complete the syllabus at least 3 weeks before the exam and have proper time for your revision
2. Preparing Notes
Prepare a notes during your preparation by writing all the important points in a book so that you can refer them easily on the day before your exam.Using flash cards is also helpful

3.Time
You have to know time management and plan your time table accordingly.Try to complete the scoring topics first.Try to study the difficult topics early in the morning when your mind will be fresh and active.
4.Discuss with a friend
Discuss the topics which you feel difficult with a friend.Try explaining the topics which you are good at also to someone as you remember better when you explain others.
5.Sleep
Have proper sleep of 6-8 hours as your brain memorizes all what you have studied during your sleep.Therefore,having a sound sleep before your exam is a must.

How to beat stress

1.Recreation
Divert your mind from the things which making you feel stress.Try to watch your favourite movie or your song or go to your favourite hangout spot and relax
2.Share
Share the matter which is stressing you with your family and friends.Let them know how you are feeling.Sometimes all you need is a person to share.You may feel better after sharing it.
3.Body Massage
Try going for a body massage. Your body might have also been stressed in the rushing day to day life.Try going to a parlour and having a body massage.It may relieve your stress.
4.Practice yoga
Doing yoga or meditation everyday helps you to keep your mind relaxed and calm.It plays a major role in reducing your stress.
5.Smile
Always keep smiling.Smile is the biggest,easiest and most powerful stress reliever.Always be positive and keep smiling and think you can do it.You can definitely beat stress

How to create a positive first impression?

1.Have an idea
When you are going to  places like an interview, your first impression means a lot.First we have to stay calm and have an idea about what kind of impression you what them to have and behave accordingly
2.Present yourself appropriately
It is very essential to present ourself properly because the person whom we are going to meet will not have an idea about what you are exactly.So you have to try to present yourself fullest in our appearance.
3.Be open and Confident
You have to open and confident when you meet a strange.A firm hand shake, a smile and confident eye contact with that person are all you need to have to appear
4.Be courteous and attentive
When you meet a person speak with him gently.Also be attentive.Listen to him and even share your stuff of ideas.He must feel that you are interested in speaking with him
5.End with a note
Before leaving the place do not walk straight way.Do make the person feel that you were happy to meet him.Do say sentences like "it was pleasure meeting you" etc. and exchange your cards or email ids or even phone numbers for being in touch

Long and Thick hair

Hairfall is a common problem all of us are facing.They are many reasons for it like tension, stress, improper diet and bad maintenance of hair.We can reduce our hair fall and attain thick and long hair by using simple home remedies and following few tip as follows,
1.ALOE VERA
Aloe vera has moisturising quality and it helps in maintaining the PH of the scalp.Extract Aloe vera gel and apply it onto the scalp.Allow it to sit for 30 mins and rinse with lukewarm water.Follow it once or twice a week on regular basis.
2.EGGS
Hair requires a regular protein rich treatment.Eggs are protein rich food that helps hair to grow thicker and longer.Beat one to two eggs depending on the length of your hair and apply it onto your hair.Rinse it after 30 mins with lukewarm water.Follow this protein rich treatment one a week for thick hair.
3.FENUGREEK SEEDS
Soak two to three table spoons of fenugreek seeds for eight to ten hours.Make it into a fine paste.You can also mix coconut milk to it.Then apply onto your hair and allow it to sit for thirty mins and then rinse with lukewarm water.
4.MASSAGE
Massaging your hair with warm coconut oil or olive oil twice or thrice a  week stimulates your hair follicle and helps in our hair growth
5.HAIR WASH
Wash your hair two to three times a week with a shampoo that suits your hair
6.HEALTHY DIET
Healthy diet is a must for hair growth.We have to eat food rich in proteins and vitamins.We have to eat green leafy vegetables more and drink plenty of water

Satya Nadella is an Indian-Amercian businessman who came from a telugu speaking family of Hyderabad,Andhra Pradesh.His father was an IAS officer.he did his schooling at Hyderabad Public School.He did his electrical engineering from Manipal University.Later on did his M.S in Computer Science at U.S.He has been rendering his services at Microsoft since 1992.
                                              His wife is Anupama Nadella.They are blessed with three children,two daughters and a son.His present salary is around 5,167,664,602.00 rupees .We are proud to have such a great businesman

SUNDARARAJAN PICHAI-THE CEO OF GOOGLE

Sundararajan Pichai is one of the businessmen whom India must be proud of.Commonly known as Pichai,he was born and brought up in Tamil Nadu.He was an alumnus of IIT Kharagpur.He was an an all time topper in his department of metallurgy.He has been rendering his services at google since 2004.He was responsible for many of google's developments.Pichai played a key role in launching Google chrome,android.His ideas made the common people's lift much more comfortable.

                                        Pichai's wife is Anjali and they are blessed with a daughter and son.Pichai himself told that his wofe Anjali played a key role in his success.His present salary is around 302 crores.India is proud to have a businessman like Sundararajan Pichai

INDEPENDENCE DAY!..

Today India celebrates its 69th independence day.After a long strive and sacrifices of many great people India achieved its freedom on 15th August 1947 at midnight
Prime minister Narendra Modi wished the nation on the occasion of Independence day and hosted the National Flag at Red Fort,New Delhi.


India must be proud of its freedom fighters and strive hard for achieving more success and fame.We all must be proud of being  Indians.I am proud to be an Indian.Wishing  all the Indians "A VERY HAPPY INDEPENCE DAY...."

THE MISSILE MAN OF INDIA

Avul Pakir Jainulabdeen Abdul Kalam is a man of great soul.Born on 15 october 1931,Kamal was brought up in Rameshwaram,Tamil Nadu.He worked as an aero scientist at ISRO.He rendered his services as the President of India during the years 2002-2007.He was rewarded with many awards like Padma Bhushan,Padma Vibhushan.
He services to the country are priceless.He was a great author and speaker.He speeches were of great inspiration to the youth all over the world.His famous books like Ignited Minds,Target 3Billon are golden gifts to the youth.He used to attend to at least one seminar very week.He died while delivering a lecture on "Creating a livable Planet Earth" at Shillong,Meghalaya,India.He services to the country are ultimate and his death is great loss to the nation.

First physically diasabled person to top civils - IRA SINGHAL

Ira Singhal is the first physically disable person to secure 1st rank in IAS.Ira Singhal hails from Delhi.She has done her B.Tech and M.B.A.She is currently working as IRS officer.She was selected as IRS office in her first attempt in 2010.But her never ending efforts to become an IAS officer made her set a new record in the history of UPSC."I want to become an IAS officer.I want to do something for the benefit of physically handicapped people"she said.Her  success has surely inspired many and shut the mouths of those who look down at physically disabled persons.Hearty congratulations Ira Singhal.....

Lady's finger fry

Ingridients
Lady's finger
Onion
green chillies
ground nuts
mustard seeds
garlic
chilli powder
turmeric powder
coriander powder

Procedure
First,wash all the lady'sfingers and wipe them with a cloth till they become dry.Chop them along with onions,green chillies
.Fry the ground nuts in a pan without oil and allow them to cool and then slightly grind them.Remember that it must not be as powder.Just grind partially for 2-3 secs
                            Now take a pan and add a spoon of oil.Fry the lady's finger  for 10 mins.This helps in reducing the  sticky character of lady finger.Now allow it to dry.Mean while fry mustard seeds garlic and curry leaves for 2-3 minutes.Then add onions and green chillies and fry them.Now add chilli powder salt and coriander powder turmeric powder to it and fry it.Then add partially grinded  groundnut powder.After a minute add lady's finger which is kept aside.Fry this mixture for 10 minutes.
                                       That's it yummy yummy lady finger fry is ready to eat.

Anand Kumar,a famous mathematician and columnist is known for his Super 30 program by which he trains the economically backward students to crack the IIT free of cost.Anand's passion towards mathematics made him establish the Ramanujan School of Mathematics.
During the training period of the students of Super 30,Jayanti,Anand's mother cooks food for the students and his brother Pranav Kumar takes care of their management.After the sucuess of Super 30 many organisations came forward to rise funds for the Super 30 students but Anand plainly refused as he wanted to educate them on his own earnings through Ramanujan School of Mathematics.March 2009, Discovery channel broadcast a one-hour-long program on Super 30.India is proud of possesing a great mathematician like "Anand Kumar"

World's first transgender principal "Manabi Bandyopadhyay"


The world's first transgender principal is Manabi Bandyopadhyay.She is a professor and a poet who underwent a sex change operation in the year 2003. She hails from Naihati, a small town in West Bengal. She started a group for Bengali transsexuals, and edits their magazine. She has written a bestselling novel, "Endless Bondage", about hijras                                                    India, probably the world, will get its first transgender college principal when Manabi Bandopadhyay takes charge of Krishnagar Women's College in West Bengal on June 9. Manabi is currently associate professor in Bengali at Vivekananda Satobarshiki Mahavidyalaya.                                                  India,probably,the world is proud of her.

Summer Tips!

Summer is really an awful season for all ages except for the reason that mangoes are available during this season..Here are a few summer tips which may help you to keep cool during the hot summer.
1.Drink lot of water
Drink water as much as possible as your body keeps losing it in form of sweat.
2.Avoid Stepping out
Try to stay at home as far as possible.Always apply a sunscreen with SPF higher than 15.Always carry an umbrella by your side.
3.Drinking coconut water,ors(oral rehydration salts)water,buttermilk frequently is highly recommended as your body loses essential mineral salts in form of sweat.
4.Dressing
Always wear dresses which are lighter in color as light colors are bad absorbers of heat.Avoid dark colors as they abosrb more heat and make you feel exhausted.
5.Enjoy nature's bounty
Try consuming mangoes as much as possible as seasonal fruits are highly rich in all the dietary compounds needed by our body during summer
